On some devices, normal noise from the USB port can cause interference when playing audio via AUX input. If this happens, try one of the solutions below.
- Disconnect AUX and connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
- Use a different playback device.
- Use a separate charger for the playback device
- Purchase an optional USB Type A noise filter.
