When pairing your speaker with a Bluetooth device, make sure that:
- Bluetooth is enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer).
- The device and the speaker are within 10 meters of each other, unobstructed by walls or doors.
If you are prompted for a pin code when pairing your device:
- In most cases, a pin code (password) is not needed.
- If a pin code is requested, enter: 0000
