If you experience no sound coming from your headphones, ensure that the headphones are charged and switched on. 

Also be sure that the Bluetooth connection is enabled and confirmed, and that the sound source is playing. 

If you are experiencing poor sound quality, try moving your sound source closer to your headphones and/or move away from any interference or obstructions.
