The mic. or remote doesn't work as expected

If there is a problem with the mic and remote, there are a few troubleshooting tips we advise you try to resolve the issue.

Firstly, please check that the socket(s) that you connect your headphone jack to the device are clear of any dirt or debris, as this could prevent clear communication between the two devices and the remote.

Remote:
Make sure that the 3.5mm plug is connected to a playback device that supports remote control.

Microphone:
The turncable supports the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) standard and using it with a OMTP (Open Mobile Terminal Platform) device may cause audio issues. There are CTIA to OMTP adapters available at many retail stores, that will solve this issue.

 

TIP

It is also helpful to test the headphones with a different device or sound source. This will allow you to determine if the issue is with the headphones or the issue is with the headphones and your device/sound source.
