If you cannot troubleshoot your issue(s) with solutions from other articles, you can attempt to reset your headset.
To perform a reset, press all three buttons (On/Off, Plus and Minus) at the same time.
Please note that your headset should be turned on when attempting to reset. When the headset resets, they will turn off and you will know the reset has been successful.
