My Speaker is not responding

In the rare case that your speaker is not responding due to a software problem, you can do the following:
1. Unplug your speaker from the wall socket.
2. Wait for 15 seconds, then plug it in again.
3. Wait for the speaker to start up.

If your speaker is still not responding after start-up is completed:
1. Reset your speaker to its factory state
2. Redo the initial setup
